Start with how the buyer will use the pack.
Product physics and buyer use determine the structure. The structure then determines the barrier, closure, dimensions and graphic system.

Technical non-negotiables
Premium design begins with product protection.
- 01
Valve logic
Roasted coffee in a sealed pack needs a one-way degassing valve. Green coffee never does. Instant coffee and powders stay dust-tight with no valve.
- 02
Product visibility
A restrained window may be used for selected whole dry products after film and shelf-life validation. Powders and freeze-dried products remain opaque by default.
- 03
Single serve
Drip coffee, pure soluble coffee and premix use different structures and fill ranges. They are never collapsed into one generic sachet.
- 04
Liquid process
Chilled, hot-fill and aseptic formats are different systems. The vessel follows the approved fill process before any ambient-stability claim is made.
- 05
Industrial expression
Premium industrial packs rely on disciplined typography, lot identity and traceability—not decorative luxury finishing.
